Riverbend Homes to Build a New Custom-Designed Home in Horseshoe Bay, TX

One of Texas' best in designing and building beautiful custom homes is
taking on a unique project.

Riverbend Homes, which has been designing and building beautiful custom homes in the Texas Hill Country, has developed a distinct approach to home building that puts its clients' needs and desires as its top priority. The company recently celebrated seven years of building custom luxury homes in Austin, Texas.

In addition, Riverbend Homes Group, has standardly moved to spray foam insulation in all of its homes, something that once was considered a premium "because of how energy efficient it makes your home, because of how airtight it makes it, so you're HVAC system doesn't have to work so hard."

But that’s not all. The company has also started pre-wiring for Solar panels on every home, so homeowners can easily add them if they're not within the budget. In addition, to continue being a leader in new home construction science, its standard home package now includes things typically referred to as add-ons with other builders.

Being able to understand the homeowners' vision and to bring it to life, according to Neely, is a big part of the Riverbend Difference.

Tracey Coryell, Wife of Late Guitar Legend Larry Coryell, Releases New Dance-Rock Single SWORDS

Listen on Apple Music

Essentially SWORDS is about self sabotage... how we push away what we truly desire, be it with people, places or things… the subtle disconnect from our inner being.

Says Tracey, “I pulled the term SWORDS from the suit in the Tarot. Those of you who aren’t familiar with it, the symbolism of SWORDS in the Tarot represents the element of Air (my Sun sign Gemini), thoughts, communication and even heartache from either pain or pleasure. As I find Tarot useful in self-examination and discovery, I decided it would be a perfect fit to express the ever popular topic of shadow-work; the working on our darker sides; the parts of us that might be negative and not in alignment with Divine love.”

Songwriting is the creative outlet for Tracey Coryell’s expression of the divine and her personal therapeutic journey both inspired by celebrating the peaks and valleys of the human experience with an ever tethered Soul to Spirit.

The thirty year career of this singer/songwriter/recording artist has afforded her the opportunity to record with Grammy Award winning producers in Philadelphia, PA (Al Alberts Jr, Sound Spa Studios) & Miami, FL (Ron and Howard Alberts, AudioVision Studios) and perform with such greats as her late husband, renowned jazz guitarist Larry Coryell, guitarist Jorma Kaukonen (Jefferson Airplane), acclaimed jazz/rock drummer Alphonse Mouzon and the legendary Les Paul. Her children’s song-book “Tilikum’s Dream” was published by Eifrig Publishing in 2015 and she is a two-time recipient of the ‘Best Love Song’ award from the Songwriter’s Showcase of America (SSA). Two previous albums include, “Traceyland’s Emotional Roller-Coaster” (2002) and the album “Eleven:11” (2016). Coryell’s latest full-length album, “RaVel” dedicated to her late husband Larry Coryell, released in December of 2019 and features a ten-song collection of emotionally charged, heartfelt compositions delivered with her earthy, sultry, compelling vocals exploring and fusing the styles of pop, rock and countrypolitan.

Available on Spotify, YouTube Topic, iTunes, Amazon Music, Distrokid and many other digital platforms.

Ever Been Performed by: Poetic Veteran - #LGBTQ and #Veteran Community #PTSD

Listen on Apple Music

Poetic Veteran (AKA H.M. Gautsch) is born and raised in and around the backwoods of Black River Falls, Wisconsin. She relied on music as a passion and healing power at an early age, as trauma would shape and complicate her development as a child. Music was her only escape, until she was introduced to poetry and wordplay at the age of 13. She used poetry as her voice, before she could find her own vocally outside of singing. She started out as a poet/writer and had her first poem published at the young age of 16.

Throughout her adolescent years and beyond, she had a way to beat to her drum in a world of stereotypes and labels and had a dream bigger than the village she grew up in. After high school, Poetic Veteran would go off to basic training and start her military career, which would create her global curiosity and flare through her experiences and connections she created during her decade of military service and tour in Taji, Iraq, back in 2006-2007, when she was just a young 20 years old.

She uses multitudes of art therapy to heal from her trauma/PTSD from childhood and from deployment. For the multitudes of artistry, she has done performance arts in theatre and in drag, she is an actress, author, photographer, and videographer. She also advocates for others who struggle with their mental health through her messages and her own stories. She also is an advocate for her own communities, the LGBTQ community and the veteran community.

Esteemed Life Coach, Tamara Dalton, Discusses Why Women in Business Is Essential for Innovation

A gender-diverse company has superior consumer intelligence and, as a result, is more profitable. In 2015, McKinsey & Company discovered that companies with a more gender-diverse workforce outperformed the industry median by about 15%. After a few years, in 2020, they discovered that the percentage had risen to 25%.

If you work in management, the issue you should be asking is not why more women should be in leadership positions, but how can your company support women in leadership positions and become more inventive and competitive as a result.

Tamara Dalton
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/104624938588900/posts/135837648800962/

From Port Au Prince, Haiti, Tamara Dalton now lives in Florida where she writes and works as a nurse after attending college. She is the author of an earlier book called “The LOVE WITHIN”, Tamara struggled to get by in the USA without a green card. “I married the wrong man to get my immigration papers without thinking of the consequences. After years of feeling worthless due to two failed marriages - where I was verbally and physically abused - I even experienced homelessness. I want to share my story in big way to help other people, especially challenged women.” Tamara overcame all her challenges herself, graduated from college where she studied nursing and went on to raise three sons, including one now serving in the U.S. Navy, another in the U.S. Army and a third, a music producer.

AccessU is named in honor of the late Dr. John Slatin, professor of English at UT Austin and a world-renowned authority in accessibility. Since 2004, Knowbility has gathered tech professionals, business people, educators, government employees, and civic leaders to learn from the world’s leading experts in web accessibility. AccessU’s asynchronous presentation is designed to meet the needs of anyone who cannot travel to the conference or prefers to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule. Some disabled people benefit greatly from this approach, and we are innovating to be more inclusive.

“For more than 20 years, Knowbility has led with an Austin style. We are entrepreneurial, we innovate solutions, and we bring the creative energy of startup culture to our activities.” Executive Director Sharron Rush said. “AccessU is a training conference, it is important to us that people leave with a sense that they have genuinely improved their skills and made meaningful connections to a growing network of practice. It is the excitement of real teaching and learning that distinguishes AccessU.”

“Faced with a pandemic that seems to never end and a weariness of remote conferences, we are trying a unique approach, a combination of in-person, remote, and asynchronous learning that will allow instructors and attendees to personalize their participation and meet their own specific needs, we’re very excited!”

North Texas Property Management, A Plano Rental Property Management Team, Announces New Rental Listings

North Texas Property Management is proud to announce new home rental listings for the New Year in Plano Texas and nearby communities.

As for investors, they can identify a property management company that can effectively manage rental properties not just in Plano but also in McKinney, Allen, and Richardson. Investors ready to relinquish daily and monthly tasks of managing a rental home can reach out to the property management team at https://www.ntxpm.com/management-services/. NTXPM offers a no-obligation consultation to property investors.

Here is the background on this release. Property investors managing home rentals in the North Texas area could be trying to keep up with demanding landlord and financial responsibilities. Vetting new renters for a single-family home can be a critical task. An investor may become sidetracked by pressing obligations and select a questionable renter. Problems could be right around the corner. Lapsed rental payments and mistreatment of a rental house can equal financial woes for an investment portfolio. A rental property management team in North Texas well-versed in handling family-style rentals could fill empty rentals quickly with a responsible long-term tenant. A new map feature on the company website can help prospective renters pinpoint the right location for a rental in Plano and nearby communities.

North Texas Property Management Company is a top-rated property management company servicing rental property owners' needs in the North Dallas area of North Texas. The company's property managers handle residential rental properties in McKinney, Richardson, and Allen, Texas. Real estate investors and rental property owners may want a property management company around North Dallas that will take the burden of physically and financially caring for, maintaining, and managing their rental homes. The team supports both the needs of renters and landlords in the North Dallas suburb

2022 Hurricane Landfall Prediction Locations - Global Weather Oscillations (GWO) Predicted the Last 17 Landfall Locations

The only prediction organization that tells you - where hurricanes will landfall in 2022 – GWO predicted the last 17 landfall locations.

The 2022 Predictions by Professor Dilley

Several factors are in place to produce another well above average hurricane season this year. This includes a 72-year ClimatePulse Enhanced Hurricane Landfall Cycle that produces more United States landfalls - coupled with the lack of an El Niño that tends to subdue a hurricane season, and the continuance of warmer than normal water temperatures in the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic.

The 2022 Predictions by Professor David Dilley - calls for another destructive hurricane season in 2022 with 16 named storms - which is still well above the long-term average of 12 named storms. There will be 8 hurricanes and 4 major hurricanes in the Atlantic Basin. The United States will have 3 hurricane landfalls and 2 major impact hurricane landfalls. In addition, the Caribbean Island group from the Lesser Antilles across Puerto Rico to Haiti will likely have hurricane landfalls. Professor Dilley says that due to the landfalls likely occurring in densely populated areas - this season will be more dangerous and costly than the past two intense hurricane seasons.

GWO’s Interactive Outlook and Tracking Webinars – Your First Webinar is Free.

During the hurricane season, Meteorologists David Dilley and Brad Sussman will conduct weekly 14-day outlook webinars, and daily tracking webinars when a hurricane is expected to form and influence any one of GWO’s 13 prediction zones. The webinars are interactive - the attendees can ask questions during and after the webinar.

Because GWO’s ClimatePulse Hurricane Tracking Technology already knows where the hurricane landfall hot spots will be during the 2022 season, the interactive tracking webinars are extremely important to GWO’s clients by providing - more time to prepare – and more accurate path and strength predictions. Some of GWO’s past tracking webinars predicted 6 to 10 days in advance the path and strength of Category 4 Ida in 2021, Category 4 Laura in 2020, Category 5 Michael in 2018, Category 4 Irma and Category 5 Harvey in 2017.

The outlook and tracking webinars compare various computer models, ocean temperatures and current atmospheric conditions and incorporates GWO’s ClimatePulse predictions for the 2022 Hurricane Season - a sample tracking webinar is available on GWO’s hurricane page.

Global Weather Oscillations is a working partner with the International Hurricane Protection Association (INHPA).
